What "patch" is this you're talking about? (Sorry, new to the 7.)

That file says update...is that the file to flash if I'm coming from stock, deoxed, rooted? Or s there a base file that I need to flash first. Also is a full wipe required, or just a cache and dakvik wipe is fine. Thanks in advanced.

it says update because in this update to their rom they added support for grouper. I'm pretty sure a full wipe is required.

Found the issue.

Apparently the tablet ui patch breaks boot.
