Recommendation Of Root apps or Roms?

Hey I just wanted to know any of your opinion or any good place to get new stuff for my rooted phone, And also I've been searching everywhere and someone told me they had Icecream Sandwhich for my phone and I can't find it anywhere

Setcpu(manages cpu clock) and solid explorer(file explorer) are must have root apps.
OsiMood_v2.06.07 is my prefered rom. It comes with quickpanel settings app which lets you can change the toggles in the notification menu.
