SPB Shell 3D....with 2gb ram, we have a phone that doesn't break a sweat with a heavy launcher like this one. Would have to constantly reload on my Epic, but this thing is made for this. Totally lag-free and function and form. Sure, it's not for every user, but it makes your phone look like it's from the future.

Here are some of mine

Calls Blacklist- Best (and most simple) call/sms/mms blocker I've used. No root needed.

Chainfire Apps- I personally use Triangle Away, Mobile Odin, CF3D (when on TW ROMs), adbd insecure if boot.img is not, and on occasion SuperSU

Script Manager- Makes running certain scripts a lot easier. Also has a nice terminal UI

BusyBox Pro- I've noticed a lot of TW ROMs come with BB but have a lot of incomplete or just wrong symlinks. This (or any BB app) will remedy this

SD Maid Pro- Easy to use, allows you to clean your system, apps, and corpse files which shrinks nandroid backups (for me) by 100-330MB

Also love themed system apps. Rujelus22 and TravP both have great themed apps (Google Play, YouTube, GMail, Google Plus, Google Talk etc)

Anytime you install an app from the store, a notification will allow you to manage the permissions for that app before you ever launch it.

Another one would be Avast. A security app that does all kinds of things I don't even know what they are. Have the ability to install at kernel level if rooted too, which could be beneficial.
+1 on LBE.... Why does gallery or similar app need access to your call logs...?? Etc.... With this app, you can block all that crap.

This is a really cool app, but after using it once my phone crashes and random reboots until it is uninstalled. Anyone else have this issue?

Lightflow - Allows you to completely customize the LED to any color for any app's notification, along with sound, popup, and repeat notification settings.
Screebl - Amazing app that uses the phone's gyroscope to detect when it is in use in order to keep the screen on, but turns it off when put down to conserve battery.
