HI.

please help me

I want to install in my htc surround (AT&T) [13.4.2012][NT 8773 18L 3La 3Lb 22L]Surround_ML_51250203_R_5690905a_22505021 by ansar

Surround begins to install and on 6% stops. - error (226).
tried many times but always comes up to 6% stops.

my phone is switched off during the work itself.

it becomes warm and cool until it is not included

I take out the battery and put back.
He begins to work and once I go online or play it again is switched off.

please help!
