Default Any feedback on CM10 8-18 d2vzw official nightly?

I'm itching to try CM now that it's official, but I depend on my phone and need stability. Does anyone who's tried it have any feedback? Anything broke?

DONATE TO ME
I wouldn't run the official nightlies for the time being until the data and MMS fixes get approved and merged. CVPS (Austin Dickenson) posted an Alpha 2 on his G+ with those fixes above so you would be better off running those.

Yea, wouldn't want those issues. I'd read some about that and assumed that since there was a couple of days between CVPS's fix and the posting of the official nightly that the fix would be included.

So, how actually stable and usable is this then.
I want to get CM10 or paranoidandroid running, but it looks as though its a gigantic pain in the ass right now with all these issues that people talk about.

I did it (last lightly from the 18th) and I lost my no. I've got it back but I lost time. The rest OK.

I dunno, I've been running CM10 for weeks now with basically no problems. MMS is borked, but whatever.

I have seen a MMS fix and also think people are having problems depending on your phone. It will not hurt to flash it and flash back if you have problems.

Here's the code review for the patch:

http://review.cyanogenmod.com/#/c/21492/

In G+ he indicates it is a fix for MMS. Nothing is mentioned about losing IMEI. I haven't read anywhere where anybody has a handle on what causes that issue. It's seemingly random.

This post descibes how to backup and restore EFS:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1788443

And this post describes how to restore from scratch using a Windows PC, which isn't a lot of use for us Linux people because a Windows VM in Virtualbox doesn't seem to recognize the phone through USB:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1802024

Personally I think I'm going to wait until the IMES issue gets figured out. Phone runs pretty sweet as-is.
