Tried the website with Firefox and Internet Explorer, tried chat, and am on the phone with Telesales...it's almost as if they don't believe that I have a message in my online account with the code and the offer of a free battery....

It's a good thing they have such great service to make up for their service reps (Sarcasm).

I think the originals were defective or something.
Phone isn't hot and battery life is very good.
