Post up what you have eaten today....

I'll start... I have a Subway, but I'm saving that for later... I haven't eaten anything today... Trying to lose the gut house arrest has created....

This is the food thread... post what you ate, recipes, some kinda gibberish, I DONT CARE!!! But please abide by the XDA rules...

My father in law is 60 and he's always only had one meal per day. He's fine.

I know... when i got put on house arrest i went from 145 to 175.... i gotta lose this gut.... then i wanna quit smoking, eat right and work out.... supa dupa sexy...

It might be okay for some people, but not for everyone.

As for BNaughty, eating once a day wouldn't aid him in losing weight though...

The key to losing weight is working out ( obviously ) + eating healthy meals throughout the day to help raise metabolism.
