i unlocked my s3 with voodoo and installed mike's ril fix. do i also have to restore the efs partition befor unlock with your app or do i just have to remove the fix with another rom. in the op you don't recommend to install it with mike's ril fix installed.

Sorry, I'll update the op, it seems that it wasn't clear (to google bots : duplicate content inside )

There is absolutely no problem using mike's fix. You can perfectly unlock with it, if you feel safe as you won't have a "crack detection" and phone relock on recent roms upon reboot. It's just recommended to keep the ril adapted to your rom / radio afterwards so that the device's functionnality is good.
So the order would be : restore efs, [optionnal but recommended to verify efs has been correctly restored] reboot, unlock with the app, [optionnal but recommended] restore libsec-ril (manually or by reflashing your rom)
-international SGS3?
-which rom?
-rooted?
-have you use another unlock method?
No, it was a phone buy from Ireland, and it was coded at VDF IR.
I unlock the phone at a gsm service...when i comeback home, OTA show me an update.I can make the update over the air and i connect the phone tot the kies...Kies make me the update, and after everithing was done, when i reopen the phone, i saw the phone with simrelocked.
I go at service again, and with the box they couldn,t unlock them. They worked 3 hours at the device and finnaly unlock them. How i don't know...
Now i have ROOT ans SUPERUSER instaled....
If i dial... *#1234#
AP : I9300 BUBLG3
CP: I9300 BULG2
CSC: I9300VFGBLG3
ALSO, KIES SEE THE DEVICE...
How can i find the rom?
i got my sgs3 just last week and now there is this OTA today that is not available for my phone. obviously the phone was carrier purchased, its mobilkom/vodafone just named vip mobile in my country, but it came without any branding or any software that would distinguish it form an international version. also i have rooted the phone and running stock rom.
it just appears to be network locked, namely when i type in *#7465625# it only shows [ON] for Network Lock, rest of the fields are set to [OFF]. guess that part of information could be important.
now it seems that i wont be able to get updates until vodafone decides i should and i was wondering would unlocking my phone from a network lock fix my problem, put me in the bin with the rest of international users? would i be able to recieve OTA in a timely fashion with everyone else if i unlock it with your program or is that just too far fetched? im really not delighted to w8 indefinitely for vodafone to release JB once its out officially...

In general updates for branded firmwares come 1 month later. If you unlock your device with this app you can use sim cards from other carriers. This has nothing to do at which time your update arrive. If you want to get updates as soon as all others you have to unbrand your device ( just flash with odin a stock firmware without branding and dont forget to backup your efs)
