I'm going through a seperation/divorce (again) so I've barely got time to flash nightlies let alone update links. Does anyone know any rich single girls?

For Screen flickering issues try going into Settings-->Developer Options-->Disable HW overlays

Without these group of devs, most of us would be running stock firmware I suggest browsing the AOKP thread as well to see if any bugs that you are experiencing are also present on other CM10 builds. will this be on 3g or lte 4g. I loaded the previews build and kept going from 3g to hspt. I'm on rogers?

I followed in Cyanogens footsteps by not directly linking to them... I am not sure if it was a legal issue or not but if you look at his posts he always says search for them - his quote was "Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them."

All you have to do is fix APN settings.

Google had asked that gapps not be packaged with cm. So they stopped including them

i know that on AT&T you get 3g, H, and 4g

You might want to check ot make sure you have the correct APN

APN - ltemobile.apn
MMSC - http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS proxy - 10.128.1.69
MMS port - 80
APN type - *

All other values leave as default.
