Installed MR1 Build 4 (4.2.2) and haven't stumbled upon too many bugs. The only ones I could find is problems with network provided time (doesn't set the timezone accordingly) and touch to zoom on the camera. EDIT: There also appears to be a problem with the battery history showing inaccurate wake times. For example, the graph shows the screen has been on and I was using the device however the device was not "awake" at the time. Other than that it seems rather solid.

Another important note here is the reduced amount of wlan_rx_wake wakelocks. I've tried many aosp roms with different kernel combinations and could not for the life of me find a combination that wasn't plagued by this wakelock. On my university network, on other roms, wlan_rx_wake kept my device awake 90% of the time, tested the newest aokp build today (stock kernel) and this wakelock kept my device awake perhaps 5% of the time. This is only a preliminary finding as the university could have adjusted settings on the network etc, but as of now it appears the wakelock has been reduced for me.

Last build it's very good.
Since November release I found too many bugs or problems.
I tried cyanogenmod rom and work very well, but AOKP, for me, it's better.
Fast and without lags.
I'm happy.
Tanks AOKP team.

No. Build 4 uses newest mali drivers. It will boot with black screen. Only Dori 8.0 is compatible with these drivers.
