CM10 based ROM from CyanogenMod Gerrit.
Credit goes to cyanogen, the CyanogenMod dev team, and the CM maintainers for the devices.

My plan is to keep refreshing the nightlies.

It only takes a minute. you dont even have to verify your account, just punch in your junk mail or somethin and youll be good to go in a jiffy...

Of course.
For now, there wasn't anything specific for the S II, but only changes that applied to the Tab variant of the nightlies.
