Yes Buddy. Its ICS 4.04 as u can see it from the build.prop

Nice Buddy so in this version there will be no bloatware like Austria release as 3Apps, 3MobileTV, Inside 3, Planet 3.

Every Official release used to have some bloatwares and it varies with region. This one also shud have few bloats.

You got it installed so please check if it have Polish language. Have you try ardatdat and fuss132 kernels and both not working?

I have the same problem. I can't root this. Ardatdat kernel doesn't work.
