this isn't the rc2 thread,but it sounds like you downloaded the old buggy version. try redownload rc2+gapps and install with clean wipe.

Please check the Symlink for /storage/emulated/0. Its not mounted to /sdcard0/..

Siyah doesn't work with it. Use slim stock or try yank555
