It should be easy for the Galaxy S3, but with anything else, it'll take more time, I think they'll be waiting for the devices release before they start anything major, as it's easier to work off the device than just the dump..

anyone got a build.prop or boot.img dumped too?

btw,
this does not look like ics, but a jelly bean dump as some hw libs are not associated with ics but are jellybean (4.1) related, so you know.
nfs,keystore,power hw libs are as i know only required by jellybean.
