I miss the DPI changing I'm not blind and everything is so ****ing big on the screen.

Guys, did someone else see that the Battery is going low pretty much faster?
Personally I'm not too worried about the bootloader. Either the official JB for TF700 will have the same bootloader as for the TF300, or it will be a newer version that we'll be able to flash.

The bootloader doesn't seem to be looking for a device check or else the 300 loader wouldn't have installed on the 700. It really only seems to be doing a sig check for OLDER firmwares, not NEWER.

I praying for this, sounds good

And did you other guys also mentioned that the Battery life decreased? I think it is because of the Brightness problem.

Yep when screen is on my tablet burns through battery quite fast (~30%/hr according to battery monitor widget) I think thats mostly due to the
screen brightness and I think the Processor runs at higher clockspeed than neccesary.

On the other hand I find my tablet incredibly fluid epecially with the hydro jb rom I flashed Yesterday.
If this is what we can expect with stock JB (Maybe even better) and battery life fixed that will make the TF700 an awesome tablet

I wish I saved a TWRP image of .26.. i'm stuck on JB now!

Anyone by chance up for uploading a clean TWRP backup? I beleive that if we flash JB then recover just the kernel/system/data partitions we might be able to downgrade... not sure if the bootloader will be backwards compatible with the ICS kernel though.

AFAIK it is not a good Idea to flash anything with an ICS bootloader after flashing JB rom: it changes something in the bootloader that will result
in an hardbrick if you try to flash ICS bootloader again.

At the moment there seems to be no remedy for this

I had a backup but it didn't run with the new bootloader... so no way to go back so far

JB Bootloader means only JB!

I have almost tried everything

downgrade from system with ZIP on Micro SD (sig missmatch) downgrafe from TF300 steps (sig missmatch)

Install Stock ICS from TWRP with JB Bootloader (nothing) reinstall ICS by backup (nothing)

there is realy no way to go back to ICS but I all the time had a working fastboot and a working bootloader so nothing bricked so far

TWRP reinstall also never was a problem, I did it maybe 20x in the last two days ^^

If it's only a few things that differentiate the Infininty and 300 why do we not have an official JB for the Infinity yet?!?!?!?

Asus is dumb to rest on its laurels. The Kindle HD is going to be serious competition for it soon even if it will only be 8.9".

How is it that I'm able to flip back & forth from ICS & JB using twrp?
I'm going to have to look at the software version numbers.
I do have to update 10 or 12 apps when I switch to my twrp JB backup copy.
