HOWTO

Install instructions:
first time
- power off the phone:
- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blu led)
- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from cm9 zip)
- fastboot reboot
- enter recovery, on boot led will be violet for 3'', during this period press vol+
- flash rom zip
- flash gapps zip
- wipe
- reboot

for update just flash rom zip from recovery
Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them.

This build is nearly complete and should make it into the 9.0 final release on time. We are also actively working on CM10 for this device, Enjoy!

actually, i don't see any Kumquat build on your folder... i think you miss something

btw, can we use the stock kernel and stuff for this? even if it comes with more bugs?

cauz there is people with locked BL

there is now! kumquat on the folder
Xperia U | BL Unlock allowed = NO | 6.1.B.1.89 Costum Edition
Xperia X8 | Wiped! Fully Wiped! I don't care xD

Soon to get my XU to Sony assistence to change the BL Unlock Allowed to YES

So, anybody got it up and running already? Asking cuz the download speed is very slow and i have to wait 41 minutes for that..
Device: Xperia U ST25i kumquat
ROM: ST25i_6.2.A.0.400_unofficial_test
Kernel: 3.0.8+
Rooted/Unlocked bootloader

WOW! I actually didn't believe what my eyes were seeing!
The moment I waited for since May has finally arrived!

The download is pretty slow, but as soon it finishes and I installed it, I'll post some feddback.

dont get too excited, it is alpha rom and probably 3g data, wi-fi and some other things wont work.
but anyway, finally we have some news and improvements, keep it up!

Sure someday it will be rock solid, but first, the first release have to see the light.

Kernel does not work, it boots but in few seconds reboots.. i got rom to boot with sony`s kernel but i cant really use it FC, FC and FC
But i guess thanks for your work anyway lets call this a start of something very good...
