Default Is PicsayPro worth buying?

I've been using picsart,Samsung Photo Editing, Aviary, and Painteresque to edit my pictures. Does PicsayPro have different/better features that these apps? Not sure if it's worth buying or not,so I'm just trying to get more feedback before I buy it,
Thanks in advance

is it that much better than Samsung Photo Editing - which I am using right now?
Nextel i90C > Nextel i870 > Blackberry Pearl 8000 > Blackberry Bold 9000 > HTC Aria > Samsung Captivate (SGS1) > Samsung Galaxy S2 > Samsung Galaxy S3
