This rom developed by maxio1998 for arc/arc S and ported to Neo/V by me.It's a fully working ROM.I am supporting this rom and adding updates to it - the ROM exists because of our co-operative work. Enjoy, click "thanks", Cheers!
Jelly Sandwich is a stock Sony ICS based ROM. It works on unlocked and locked bootloader. You can use ANY ICS kernel you want, but for the best performance choose Suave. Jelly Sandwich is heavily tweaked and modded to eliminate lags, slowness and all bugs which are included in stock ROM. It has Xperia S look and apps. There are also apps from Android 4.1 Jelly Bean which are put into ROM to let you taste sweet Jelly Bean

New Installation Instructions-
- Flash Kernel [Locked BL? skip this step]
-Open CWM
-Factory Reset
-Wipe cache Partition
-Advanced>Wipe Dalvik Cache
-Mounts and Storage> Format /system
> Format /cache
> Format /data
-Install zip from sdcard> choose zip from sdcard> Jelly Sandwich v6.2.5
-Choose options in Aroma installer! [only 1or 2 per section is recommended! else can cause bootloops due to low /system partition size]
-Reboot
