Yes I did but still FC, using Franco's app with no problem so everything is OK.

BTW how safe is to run my phone with max CPU speed set at 1350MHz?

I'm on CM10 M1, I noticed lug when I had a lot of apps running with Franco's r249 kernel. With your kernel everything is super smooth.
