Against everyone that says you cannot theme layout here is me This mod contains center clock and bottom toggles.

Installation:
-Download apk and install it
-Go and apply in theme chooser
-Reboot
-If you will face to any problem trying to set theme then wipe dalvik-cache

i can help for fixing
Clock doesn't hide when Ticker text shows upin statusbar.xml
i have added "android:background="@drawable/status_bar_bg_tile2" in
"<LinearLayout androidrientation="horizontal" android:id="@id/ticker" android:background="@drawable/status_bar_bg_tile2......."
no more overlaps

I'm not able to install this. i get an error saying the theme wasnt compiled properly.
