(Q) From custom to stock rom?

Sorry for opening new thread, but can't post in the other one.
If I want to go back to stock and relock bootloader can I use my nandroid backup (made just before flashing custom rom) and lock or I have to download RUU and flash it?

Either.

If you flash your backup, don't forget the boot.img. You'll also need to find stock recovery and flash that.
