Google Apps Lightweight for Legacy ARMv6 Devices

Here is a Google Apps package I have put together for older devices which don't have that much space on /system

This package is for Jelly Bean ROMs only!!! Don't try this on ICS!! You have been warned.
Also don't try this on ANY ARMv7 phone. It won't boot. Again, you have been warned.

NOT WORKING:
-Google Now Voice. (I'm still trying to fix this...)

Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
 * Your warranty is now void.
 *
 * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
 * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
 * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
 * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
 * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

Quick Question

Rashed,

I used your Google Apps package after I flashed your ROM and I still can't get the play store to show, everything else works great. Is there something I missed? Is there something else I need to do?

Thanks,

Josh

No you didn't. That's an issue with the actual ROM, not the GAPPS. I said it will be fixed in the next release ;)

Got to free up some system space so that the entire gapps package can flash OR wait until Rashed's next release and see.

Can you please check updater-script? I get a status 6 error every time I try to flash the new package.

So I downloaded the version that you just uploaded and installed it. After I reboot, and the apps update, I can't find any of the apps. Help!

I downloaded gapps-jb-light-20121018-signed.zip before the correction and I corrected it with a script someone else posted to fix the system 6 error.

It installs fine, but Play and the Apps icons are missing indeed.

Thanks for the jellybean rom, Rashed97.

Internal storage space issue... free up internal memory before flashing.

I don't really have anything on internal storage to delete.
After installing the ROM and clearing all data, I have 149 MB available.
Is this enough?

Well, the P500 has an internal memory of 170 MB. So, you got 20MB left. Try unpacking the gapps ZIP and see how much it's trying to flash onto the device. That'll give you the answer.

Not sure how much space it'll buy you, but you could also peruse through the gapps ZIP and delete things you're not a fan enough... that may help.
