What was originally a request to find floating apps, turned into a list:

Browsers:
OverSkreen (Jelly Bean currently not supported, says in change notes it is work in progress. There are mixed results when sideloaded)
Floating Browser Flux

Video Players:
Stick it (Supports YouTube)
Super Video
DicePlayer
BSPlayer

Other:
hovernote - Notepad
LilyPad - Facebook, Google Talk, MSN messenger (other services like skype are said to be coming)
AirCalc - Calculator
AirTerm - Terminal

More information here

Any others?

I've used LilyPad HD and HoverNote. I use HoverNote primarily for taking notes while reading PDFs. LilyPad seems to drain battery a bit much so I don't leave it on as a service

I really miss Overskreen on my TF700 after upgrading to Jelly Bean!

I do, however, still use Air Term, Hover Note and Floating Calculator.... Eagerly awaiting a JB version of Overskreen!

There is also AirTerm if you are using terminal regularly:

And you are actually able to use Overskreen without problems? I just tried sideloading it, but I find that it keeps locking up on me on the TF700 running JB... Just un-installed for now.
