First you will have a systemui dc...but if you extract the systemui from that framework and replace ...It might work

I'm thinking to stay in Omega 42.1 for a while, i'm waiting a good good release in 4.2.1 and I hope a dual boot on it. So my good base for me before a 4.2.1 is Omega XXEMR2
