[Q] Can LG optimus one p500 2.2 version be upgraded to 4.1

Hi Team,

I have a LG optimus One P500 with 2.2 version . I am facing many issues with battery backup and the internal memory is becoming full.

Can I upgrade it 4.1 android latest version will it support LG Optimus one p500

Well, I also have the same phone with Software Version -> LG-P500-V10r and Android Version 2.2.1 would this work on my phone...i tried it once but my baseband version was not compatible with it so i m a little bit worried that would it work or not.

Am I hallucinating or am I truly back like 2 years ago to being the proud owner of an Optimus One P500..?

Sent from Somewhere ( and from my Optimus G, which is NOT an Optimus P500) using my Dog.

[ Am I missing something or is this topic in the wrong forum?]

P. S. my P500 is still working, quite good and reliable phone, my 12 years old boy runs ics on it and use it like an ipod.. good ol' phone
