Soft-Nav functionality:

To enable flash this zip
To disable flash this zip

Wipe full except SD card, before flashing (4EXT Recovery is recommended)
Flash the ROM (Always do full wipe except SD card).
A2SD for now as default, activate from Terminal Emulator (Y|N|Y)
Flash the GApps (Not required for v3.0)
Change the CPU Governor from ONDEMAND to SMARTASSV2 and check Set on boot.

Steps to execute A2SD script:

Open terminal emulator provided in the rom.
Type the following commands
# su 
# a2sd install
Y 
N
Y

Experimental build of CM10 Dec 6th code base 
Fixed Camera flickering 
Fixed Flash light on Lockscreen or Standby (Now it wont switch off when phone goes to standby or locked)
Improved HWA and other stuff..
Included required Gapps in ROM (No need to flash GApps now)
And lot of minor changes....
Overall system size now 200 MB (Including GApps)

Note: Please do wipe full except SD card and flash ROM

Leave the ROM to settle for 5min.

i would try, but i have to wait

i think i will try the rom of next release!
for now i can only say REALLY THANK YOU MAN!

I've installed the ROM and I've already encountered three little bug:

~3g/2g toggle not work;
~auto brightness not work or better it remains with dark screen;
~audio (music and ringtone/alarm) not work before I pull up or down volume from buttons

other is OK
