I know why we get error 7.

The ICS Update is not good (SBF). It is SFR France the good SBF to flash with this ota update.

the link of ICS Update (fastboot flash) is an Orange F Rom and no a SFR Rom, (Vodafone is SFR in France) so if you want apply Vodafone OTA update, you need to have a SFR ICS Rom.

no probleme, SFR Rom is available in the XT925 Firmware topic i'm on Jellybeen leak now. ^^

How get root? Flash via recovery?
