yes I was aware of that, that is why I had to use Chrome Extension User Agent Switcher.....but the steps rom the OP so far didnt work on my phone. I may not go through with this yet, the tmobile plan I was on only gave me 4 gigs of 4G then unlimited 2G for the rest of the month, and 2G is only about 117kbps, back to dial up damn near.....going to wait and do this when I change to tmobiles $89 unlimited 4G data plan with no capping.

Right now I'm on AT&T, the 5 gigs a month for $50 isnt cutting it, I keep going over, but the 4GLTE is blazing fast, I just ran a speedtest and it was 21mbps.....where else can I get these speeds without paying $145/month for my entire bill?

Only need encrypted brower
I DID SAME AS Its has been explained but after a month i will be caught on PC not on Tab so what i did then here is the

Case Studies
I had a unlimited Internet which I was not able to share my internet with other devices
Phone rooted
APN file Deleted from phone and added APN manually
Deleted Boot loader and replace with unlock Booting file
After this all T Mobile usa caught me over Laptop that I am using Hotspot service with out paying and they blocked me ..
I am able to use T-Mobile internet over all Tablet or IPad but not on laptop
Made a question
Question is HOW
They having a server on site which translates the website format that we ask for so only one case can work Encrypted requests over internet
I found Opera Brower and its work well
Also I found that you can use your phone as a 3G modem with out any problem
And if your phone is not rooted u can use as a Modem and use Opera Brower because then they will never catch u
The end

You have to use foxi or pdanet from the play store. Those wifi tether apps will work once you remove the locked apns and replace them with the T-Mobile one.

If you use pdanet click activate WiFi hotspot
