it is working fine for me now that I flashed AOKP gapps even the weather widget is working

no its stock 4.1.2 with a touchwiz launcher running over it.

im working on a second version with more of what you want in it if that is something you other guys are interested in i can do.

does it come with S-voice and other samsung apps

no i am having a hard time finding the gs3 system dump
