Chrome is a pretty fast browser, but it really needs some touch and scrolling improvements.

Rooted the tablet so now have the AOSP browser installed. Better to use the 4.2 build from this thread as the one linked earlier is the 4.1 build and looks like it's not updated for the Nexus 10 dpi.

I installed the stock browser and Flash and they both work. I was able to watch Amazon Prime streaming video from Amazon's web site. But it does not look like the browser bookmarks sync to my Google account.

I copied the Browser.apk to /system/app and set the permissions to rw-r--r--

Does anyone know what else needs to be copied?

I have the AOSP image from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1998585

I found the answer to my question.
I copied the ChromeBookmarksSyncAdapter.apk file from my old tablet, and rebooted. Then went to my Google Account settings and Browser is now included in the sync options.

THIS IS FROM THE NEXUS 7! I AM ASKING NEXUS 10 USERS TO CONFIRM IT WORKS ON THE NEXUS 10!

I decided to make a flashable ZIP to install the AOSP Browser. This ZIP will install the AOSP Browser if you don't have it, have an old version, have the new version but it is acting up, want to install it on a toaster, etc. The script I use is 100% based off of Chainfire's script to install SuperSU. In fact I just traded the files, edited the script, and renamed the ZIP. If you don't trust Chainfire than... I don't know, get off XDA? Lol!

Current ZIP: Browser.apk [version 4.2-eng.agascoig.20121124.224246] Same as the last one just in a ZIP

*agascoig is most likely the developer account used to compile this. 2012/11/24 is the date and 22:42:46 is the time.*

THIS IS FROM THE NEXUS 7! I AM ASKING NEXUS 10 USERS TO CONFIRM IT WORKS ON THE NEXUS 10!

This is a screenshot of the script for everyone who wants to inspect it

If this works for the Nexus 10 I'd be happy to add the bookmarksync.apk and keep it updated. Just need confirmation that it works.

Not sure if this helps, but I manually put the AOSP browser in my system/app folder, renamed the browserproxy file, and installed Adobe flash, and it is all working fine.

My ZIP should do the same. It works on my Nexus 7. Any testers for the Nexus 10?
