Another problem is that Shazam nor Soundhound works. When I start them they both say another application is using the microphone?

Move the apps to the internal storage, and they will stop disappearing.

Battery drainage isn't looking much better. I'll give it a couple of days before I choose to flash back to CM9.1

Man... i dont undrrstand that. Im getting fantastic battery usage. Same rom, same kernel, same phone. I unplugged mine at 7am this morning. It is noon and im at 73pct battery and that is with full brightness and texting and using xda app all day.
There has to be some setting in sstweaks or phone that is eatin up your battery

No. The factory reset one just deletes all user data, apps, and wipes your cache and dalvik cache. Instead of having to go through and do all 3 manually in CWM before flashing a new ROM.

The Cache wipe one just wipes cache, and dalvik cache instead of doing it manually in CWM.

I'm thinking about trying a fresh download/install of ShoStock3 to see if that helps. By doing that it will replace the Kernel with Jeboo's, correct?

Correct.

If you're going to wipe for a fresh install, please try the CWM flashable wipes I linked to earlier. Just put the COOK'S FACTORY RESET & CACHE WIPE on your sd card and flash that first. I'm assuming you have all your apps backed up of course.

Indeed. I was planning on trying out the new .zip because I am lazy lol.
Should I bother rebooting after I've flashed ShoStock? I figure I could flash your new zip, reboot recovery, flash ShoStock, wipe caches, then flash the kernel, reboot recovery, set extweaks and fix permissions, and finally reboot system? Just to make sure I've gotten the swing of things.
