theres 2 files. one is a tar. flash with odin. or use the cwm file and just flash it in recovery. nothing fancy.

so, put the cwm kernel on your sd card and get into recovery. either on clockworkmod or twrp.both work. once in recovery find the kernel and install. that's it. you now have an awesome kernel my friend!

First read how to root it in this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1980644 ( Decide if you want to use Triangle Away -it describes why you use it)

Then read how to and install TWRP : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1981198

You can flash the kernel zip (Original post in this thread. File with .zip on the end and Perseus in the name) using TWRP recovery very easy with minimal complication. You will want to read and understand how to use it but it is as simple as this:

Make sure you have the kernel zip on your SDcard. Boot into recovery. Press install, browse to your kernel zip on the sdcard, select it. It should complete the install. Done. reboot. Verify the kernel installed in settings > about. You are now using the new kernel.

That should be it.

Also, has anybody flashed this yet? I am going to try it, but don't want to be the first! (Edit: I see blkghost is).

Has anybody that flashed it noticed if it eliminates the lag waking the phone from deep sleep? This is what I intend to test first on the kernel. Edit: nope
i am having issues with lag when waking the device
