Works GS3 Stock on T-mobile. I haven't tried encryption yet.

Working great with Note 2 on Verizon.

These are my settings

Device profile change to generic ics/jb (wlan0)
Check box for Send Netd Max Client Cmd
Check box for WiFi-driver reload and WiFi-driver reload 2
Check box for Routing fix.

Profit.

Working with encryption as well.

Works perfectly on the AT&T i727 on JB 4.1.2

I've had ICS since it came out, but I got tired of Jelly Bean "Coming soon to the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket", and Kies telling me that "Your firmware is not upgradeable via Kies". so I flashed a deodexed JB 4.1.2, (UCLK4) obtained from instructions at techethon.com/how-to-update-android-4-1-2-in-galaxy-s2-skyrocket-att-sgh-i727/

After restoring all the Apps with Titanium, I found that WiFi Tether was broken. Tore my hair out for hours trying to find the solution.

Found this thread. Installed WifiTether_TrevE_Mod_11_22_2012.

Version 11/22/12 works with Sprint Galaxy S3 Baseband version L710VPBMA6 (newest OTA update).

No setting changed except for selecting the device.

I didn't read all 39 pages so not sure if anyone else already reported this.

I had the same issue, had to reboot everytime to get wifi working again. Got it to work with these settings:
Profile: Galaxy S3
WiFi-driver reload - unchecked
WiFi-driver reload 2 - checked

everything else default

8 - Start WiFi
