SPL 1.67 korean Sk Telecom

I have been searching this forum for last tow days but i did'nt get any proper answer and i know all experts and developers are associated with this forum. pls help me with this model i got htc hd2

its an Korean language mobile i searched official ROM for this mobile and i couldn't find 1 to upgrade the spl or rom and HSPL did'nt support this SPL version

i donno Korean language and i want to change it to English.

here are my request that :
1) is this model phone can be changed to english version if yes! then how ?

2) is it possible to Hardspl ?? if yes! then how?

3) is there any official ROM to upgrade spl which support hspl ?? if yes ! then how ???
