Aha, that means I should run *.sh....

Yup.


I uploaded a build for crespo. You can compare it when you have it built. It is untested since I do not have access to the phone.

Fix for not being able to start Google Text-to-Speech:

Download the gapps from here. Extract and copy system/lib/libspeexwrapper.so over to /system/lib/ via adb or add it to the other gapps zip and flash again.

Crespo4g - Sending MMS works, receiving does not.
