I love this app. Somebody fixed it for the Rez, I had to fix it for the DNA.

Thanks to jcase for helping me with the x's and y's of things.

Forgot to mention, this is just the apk. Not a flashable zip.



I used 'adb install <filename>' to install it.

....I assume this method is required b/c we can't write to system outside of recovery?

No, I could flash it in recovery, I just didn't feel something so simple was worth the effort of making the package.

i'm not an HTC user (coming from Atrix HD) getting my DNA tomorrow, but do regular flashlight apps not work, or is this just a personal preference?

Others work. But IMO nothing is that simple and beautiful. Others are either simple or beautiful. Yeah, we just love that flashlight by HTC. Try it out, but there are definitely plenty of options.
