Standard Disclaimer

Your warranty is now void.

I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed.
Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it!
YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

Features

This ROM is a team effort with myself maintaining the pyramid device tree, tamcore maintaining the OS/CM base and hosting for updateme and bluewall supplying the graphical elements, thanks guys

Pdroid privacy control
USB-OTG
OTA Updates (thanks to tamcore)
Removed CMUpdater and Terminal Emulator
Custom Wallpaper and boot animation by Bluewall
With all the speed and fuctionality of my CM10 kang
Built with Android 4.2.1 toolchain

Installation

I recomend to use 4EXT Recovery
A 'format all partitions except sd card' is recomended on first install, although if you are coming from my CM10 ROM and you know what you're doing, you can flash over the top of that with a couple of minor and easy to solve issues.
3.32 or 3.33 Firmware (I use 3.33 with 11.76 radio)
If you device is S-ON you must enable 4EXT’s SmartFlash)
Install ROM
Install GApps
Reboot

If you want 4.2 apps just flash the transform pack in the themes section, and don't forget to thank the guy that posted it
I removed them as not everyone wants them and they are freely available to flash separately.

OpenSensation2? Most excellent, bruce
Device: HTC Sensation 4G (TMoUS)
System: kristofpetho's HyperSensation v1.6 (minimalistic variant of
CyanogenMod 7.1)
Kernel: morfic's Trinity kernel for CM7. Very lean, performs off the charts, and the best idle battery life I have seen on any device I've owned. Mad props.
Previous devices:
Samsung Vibrant - Awesome device, gave to a relative
T-Mobile G1 (HTC Dream) w/ CM6, Haykuro SPL, AmonRA recovery, retired but currently a companion to my desktop PC for displaying conky!

Everyone wants to blame the ROM...Has anyone considered that T-Mobile data just plain sucks?
