Development may kick up a bit more for our Note though, all in good time.

I asked Telus how much it would cost to upgrade to the Note 2, and after their response, I'm definitely not upgrading anytime soon. Its quite the pretty penny.

I did not experience any but I jumped over to pacman ROM.. cm10 final, aokp milestone 1 and paranoid mash up. Its "as smooth" as liquid smooth rc8 but not quite as fast in benchmarks.
