This has already been answered and discussed at length. Conclusion, it doesn't have the necessary amps or antennae.

Couldn't those just be screenshots of a Verizon Galaxy Nexus?

Only if the OP changed the aspect ratio of the screenshot and it doesn't really look stretched (the gnex has 1280x720, the n4 1280x768)
The aspect ratio of the screenshot is the same on the N4.

I posted about it on the 1st page.

Verizon's LTE is Band 13 (700 MHz), Telus LTE uses Band 4 (2100/1700 MHz).

I have no problem admitting I'm wrong about this if it can be proven.
