[Q] problem relock bootloader

I cannot connect to mobile networks with this phone X10 mini pro u20i after unloking bl
to fix
I try to relock my bootloader with s1tool but it shows this error. can someone help?

I restor with se pc companion stock rom
i have stock kernel 2.6.29

file system: WORLD-1-8_2.1.1.A.0.6

s1 boot version: 1229-3593 r8A029

service tests /security :
SEMC [invalid MAC][Active]
VIACCESS [Invalid MAC][Not active]



any ideas
