It's the PA version number, not a price. But you can donate that much to him if you'd like to think of it as a price.

is it possible i could beta test this? i just tried to flash CM10 and it wont boot so i'd love to go straight to PA ive heard about it and want to try it for the first time :P

Also, will standard gapps built for AOSP work with this ROM? I'm using a custom gapps built to include Wallet, Faceunlock, and Photosphere and am hoping it'll be compatible with this ROM.
