For people who really want to draw try sketch book mobile. Can add layers, images a lot like photo shop

I used sketchbook mobile. I haven't picked up a pencil and drawn in years. A little rusty but still kinda got it. I love this device for drawing . It's like having a mini wacom tablet. The pressure sensitivity is pretty good. Although the only issue I had with sketchbook mobile is that I couldn't see the detail as well until I saved and view it in the gallery.
