Yes this file can be flashed with rsd lite. I'm not sure if it's worth it though, since you will lose root and many of your customizations

This is the carrier approved version. The same version that I have on my unrooted/unmodified Rogers RAZR HD.

I just double checked the build.prop file for you.

Any reason that root cannot be saved using the same methods that work for verizon customers on the xt926?

I am very eager to upgrade because I'm hoping JB will fix a few annoying bugs with the ICS...
