It was never English only, was 5 languages before. Anyway it includes all languages android offers now.

Thanks for the ROM. I just installed it and wondered why I can't install google chrome via market and can't even restore with TB?! Can you please tell me how to bypass?
Same problem for all gapps O.o (i flashed them after flashing the ROM) Did I made any mistake?

Why 182 DPI? Isn't default set at 160?

Default for Nexus 7 is 213 .
