try to delete thumbnail hidden folder and wipe cache and dalvik cache, but no luck..

re-install another ROM, didn't solve my problem...

so I decided to "super clean" my phone, super wipe rom.. install ROM, and Format SD Card from phone,
and re-install ROM (with super wipe), install custom kernel support init.d, and flash your mod (so first boot I have implement your mod)
and... voilaa..!! I've got Galaxy Note 2 "32GB" version...
all working.. Gallery issues fixed...
