But the nightlies we post will be updated by time compiled as well...so everyone can look at the gerrit and see what the latest merges are included...

Nice job, this tends to be a wip throughout but it's good to see it's being released. The crack flashers will enjoy this...

After installing.....
So from my experience, bluetooth and headset is working just fine, camera isnt working. lock screen and power button in status bar are working greatly. rom little slower than CM10. some issues in custom setting as well (grid isnt changing from 4 by 4 to anything, even though option is given,

Glad it's working out for you. Trebuchet is still in development as far as i know. It's getting better by the day though. I've watched the progress. I'll be posting another one in the morning with more updates and features.

I'm about to flash this bitch....I understand it is a work in progress, but I still want to see what it's like. I will try to report back . Thanks for providing this ROM to all of us! BTW...Are there any special instructions for flashing this? I'm assuming it's like any other ROM, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks
