Much appreciated Mike and Liquid for the info!

And let's not start asking for updates, if there will be weeklies and ETAs people.

Let's keep the thread mature and on point. (including myself!!! )

What is not mature about asking about those things?

Not sure if this a rom or hardware issue, but lately my home button had been overly sensitive. When I press on it sometimes, it goes to the open apps. I have to be extremely fast to get it to just go to the home page.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I've also had a problem today with my menu key not working. Pressing it sends me into the search function (Google Now). I had to reflash the rom & gapps to get the menu function back, but upon boot, I get an error message saying that "Fused Location" has stopped (have no idea what that is). Reflashing the rom also seems to have fixed the home buton issue I was having as well.

I had it too but I went into settings and changed the Interface--) HW button settings. Eben though I had never set them, activating them and setting menu to long press Google search fixed it on reboot.

This is a known issue and is being addressed. It is common with a few of the 4.2 builds here on xda .
It is easily fixed by a simple reboot. It seems to be happening when we are in high CPU usage situations.

Anyone else using a different kernel? My battery life is starving.

Also, any way to get this launcher to stop hiding my notification bar?
