I don't get the need ...
Root: You can get it without re-installing a rom
Deodexed: Useful if you want to mod your rom but then you would choose a theming friendly rom
Zipalgin: Time waster at every boot, only crappy apps are not zipalign so even zipalign they will be bad
Fast and battery friendly: No tweaks or mods so it's the stock rom ...

There are loads of ROM out there that are stock like this...
