Default [ROM]XperimenT 2.6[T/TL][9.1.A.1.140][Locked & Unlocked][16/05/13]

Introducing:
TiMiN8R's

This is a ROM I built with dsixda's Android Kitchen for myself. Having tried several ROM's and MOD's I decided to just cook my own ROM with the mods and tweaks I like best. I figured others might like it too so here it is. It's geared towards my brothers and sisters with locked bootloaders: CWM for locked bootloaders and rebootfix are already built in, so no need to flash them afterwards (and can't forget, which has happened to me on more than one occasion )
Based on [Stock FW][LT30p] Xperia T 9.1.A.1.140 Generic CENTRAL EUROPE +Bond provided by Supersonic335. If you are already on that this is a no wipe upgrade
  • Based on official firmware 9.1.A.1.140 (Jelly Bean 4.1.2)
  • ROOT (Chainfire's SuperSU & BusyBox)
  • DEODEXED
  • Bloatware removed (Sony Select, enchanted whatever, etc.)
  • Some stock annoyances removed (e.g. unplug charger reminder, anonymous usage stats)
  • Updated a few apps (e.g. Play Store, Gmail)
  • James Bond Skyfall theme
  • init.d support based on the works of DooMLorD and Ryuinferno
  • Full list of APN's included from CyanogenMod's github, so no need to download or enter manually
  • Xperia Keyboard skinned by hackit (black with blue border)
  • Bootanimation slightly modified
  • build.prop tweaks by vinss68
  • Removed Storage Checker (sdcard > 75% full notification)
  • Circle battery "Full Circle" by pendo added by me with Tickle My Android
  • Added Flash Player
  • Reduced size onscreen buttons, thanks to recoba23
  • Lidroid power widget (status bar toggles) by peetr_
  • Advanced Xperia Z Launcher + widgets by ra3al
  • Brushed Metal theme by me
  • DARK dialer & conversations by SK-CZ XPERIA TEAM with Inverted Utopia buttons by dully79
  • Chrome toggles for Lidroid power widget by dully79
  • Xperia Z/SO-02E DoCoMo task switcher with "close all" button
  • AOSP Nav bar buttons
  • CWM for locked bootloaders thanks to cray_Doze & davidmarco
  • Lockscreen with invisible controls and brushed metal backplate (inspired by Hackberrybold)
  • Reboot in power menu (done by Phoenix-Lead with NuriJ's HOW-TO)
  • Chrome style buttons by dully79 (checks, radio buttons, etc.)
  • XperimenT theme by me
  • Bluetooth headset volume boosted thanks to peetr_ for finding the right values

Basic flashing instructions

Locked bootloader
1. Root with Bin4ry's method(*) Make sure to use v21!
2. install CWM for locked bootloaders.(*)
3. Go to recovery, wipe cache & dalvik-cache
4. Flash ROM
5. Flash kernel .140 (if you haven't already)
6. Reboot.
7. When CWM asks "ROM may flash stock recovery on boot. Fix?", answer "No".
8. Enjoy
(*) skip these steps if you're already on a custom ROM with CWM recovery or unlocked bootlader.

Default Old versions

It's based on the 7.0.A.3.223 for XPERIA T (FTF file Central Europe) posted by Jozinek which I previously rooted & deodexed.

Features

Basic flashing instructions

1. Flash stock .303 FTF from the All-in-One thread with flashtool(TL users: exclude baseband!)(*)
2. Root with Bin4ry's method(*)
3. install CWM for locked bootloaders.(*)
4. Make a backup with nandroid and/or titanium backup.
5. Go to recovery and Flash ROM.
6. Locked bootloader: On reboot it will ask: "ROM may flash stock recovery on boot. fix?", choose "No".
7. Flash .223 stock kernel with flashtool. TX users should use a TX kernel!
8. Enjoy

(*) skip these steps if you're already on a custom .195 with CWM recovery or unlocked bootlader.

All the usual blah blah about bricking your device applies. It works fine on my phone so it should work on yours.

Download
Locked bootloader
XperimenT_v1.7.1.zip

Unlocked bootloader
XperimenT_v1.7.1_noCWM.zip

TX users! User asterix005 has made a patch that will turn this (or any other stock based) ROM into a TX ROM
Get it here and read the information in the thread!

It hasn't been tested but I guess it should. Don't know if the CWM for locked bootloaders or reboot-fix might screw with anything. Just backup and try it. Please let me know. Maybe I'll fix an unlocked bootloader version later tonight.

I will test too if I get time, but if on an unlocked boatloader just skip the steps and (after backup) full wipe, make sure you are on a 195 kernel and install Rom with cwm, should be fine!!

Well it actually works, i just denied the recovery installation that comes with the rom from my current CMW and it boots without a problem.

Still testing, but so far so good

PS: I'm looking for a battery mod for this ROM's status bar, I'd really like to have a circular battery, please help me out.
THe mod I've tested works but makes the small apps on multitasking disappear.
