There is one problem though: my dolphin browser works awfully slow and it freezes on any given page.
Is there any solution to this?
Atm I am using a stock one but it doesnt really cooperate with most video formats which you can find on pages, and because of that I cant stream watch pretty much any movie.

Give Boat Browser a try, it supports flash on JB.

How does ISP9960 work? What does it do?

Allows you to plug in an external DVD player and watch or encode movies I'm guessing. Someone else asked for it and _that obliged

Unfortunately none of the above mentioned browsers (Boat, Dolphin beta, Doplhin Jetpack) works even half as smooth as the stock one :/

BTW: A friend of mine has a TF300 and she has got none of these problems. Her transformer runs smooth as hell on stock firmware and dolphin works fine to.
What could be the reason for this?
I mean, the newer products you get, the more advanced and better it should be, eh?

Do I still need to flash this after the one linked above?

If you mean ISO9660 - it's the CDROM filesystem. As sbdags said, someone asked for it to use an external DVD drive. I don't have a USB drive so I cannot test that, but I tested that I can loop-mount CD images.

It depends which kernel you want to use. I suggest you use his latest data2sd kernels from his kernel thread in the dev section.

What can you do then when you loop-mount a CD image?

You can read the files inside the iso file.
